Shipping policy

Please allow up to 5-7 business days for your order to be processed and shipped, since each hat is handcrafted. Business days do NOT include Weekends (Saturday-Sunday). Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email to ensure the accuracy of your order along with payment and shipping details to track your order. After receiving tracking number, please allow 24 hours for your shipping activity to update. Orders may take an additional 2-5 business days based on delivery carrier selected at checkout.

Note: Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, some shipping companies may experience delays in their delivery times. We do NOT issue any refunds or returns due to these delays.
